Four stages of task processing
Under our service terms, processing time is not fixed to a set number of minutes. Instead of completing in a single step, every submission moves through four phases outlined in the creation workflow:
- Photo check: Your uploaded image is checked before generation credits are charged.
- Scene generation: The tool renders your chosen 6-second or 13-second animation.
- Output check: The generated clip goes through an automated result check.
- Soundtrack assembly: The meme audio is merged into the finished MP4.
Closing the tab and reopening your task
Once processing begins, task cancellation is not promised, but you do not need to keep the page open. Open My videos from the same account at any time to view your saved task, and see our download help when saving the finished MP4.
Always reopen an existing pending, processing, or review-required task from your account list rather than submitting the upload form again. Reopening checks your current task, while resubmitting starts a duplicate job. A pending or processing state alone is not a failure, and uncertain checks may pause for review before completing. If a task stops progressing or returns an error, follow our task troubleshooting steps and see how credits are returned for confirmed failures.
