How to locate and save your completed MP4
Following the creation workflow, sign into the exact account where you submitted your photo and open My videos. Once your task reaches the completed state, save the MP4 file to your device.
Before sharing the video, play the saved MP4 file to inspect the image, faces, both roles if you used two photos, scene cuts, the ending, framing, and soundtrack playback.
Why your download link is not ready or failed
Every submission goes through an input check before credits are charged, followed by AI video generation, output moderation, and soundtrack processing. If your task is still pending, processing, or awaiting review, no downloadable MP4 exists yet—see how long generation takes and when you can close the tab.
Reopen your existing task in My videos to check its progress rather than submitting a duplicate order. Similarly, if a download fails or disconnects on a finished clip, sign back into the same account and reopen the completed task to download the MP4 again instead of spending credits to regenerate it.
Private storage and managing saved files
Under the privacy policy, your uploaded photos and generated MP4s are stored as private account files and are not shared to a public gallery by default. Automatic timed deletion is not enabled, so your videos remain in your account until you remove them via Settings → Files or review how to delete your photos and videos.
