How credits work across task outcomes
Credit charges and returns depend on where your task stops in the creation workflow and under our service terms:
- Input rejection: Uploaded photos are checked before credits are deducted, so an input rejection incurs no generation charge.
- Confirmed failure or output rejection: If a task fails during rendering or is rejected during the automated output check, spent generation credits are returned to your balance once.
- Review required: An uncertain check places the task on hold for review. Because a review hold is not a confirmed failure, wait and check the saved task rather than resubmitting; see our troubleshooting steps for details.
- Imperfect completed video: Creative dissatisfaction with likeness, framing, or movement in a finished MP4 differs from a technical failure and does not automatically return credits.
Requesting a payment refund review
Under our refund policy, confirmed task failures return generation credits rather than issuing automatic card or cash refunds. If you want to request a payment review—or if you paid and your credits are missing—contact support with your account email, payment reference, and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or full card details.
Support review does not guarantee refund approval or a specific bank processing timeframe. When a payment refund is approved, unused purchased credits are removed from your account, while partially used credit packs and partial refund requests are reviewed separately.
