Who can appear in an uploaded photo
Under our terms of service, this service is exclusively for adults 18 and older, and every uploaded image must show a single consenting adult whose photo rights you hold. Photos of minors are not permitted under any circumstances. Always choose your own photo or a willing adult friend's portrait that meets our photo upload requirements.
What consent covers when using a friend's picture
Seeing a friend's picture on a public social profile does not count as permission to upload it. Ask your friend directly before selecting their file, and make sure they explicitly agree to:
- Uploading their image to your account for external AI video generation, automated content moderation, and soundtrack processing as described in our privacy policy.
- Turning their likeness into the requested Rumpelstiltskin dance or spectator video.
Uploaded photos and generated videos remain in your private account until you remove them, so review how to delete your stored files and how to label your AI-generated video before sharing the clip.
